REGULATORY IMPACT ASSESSMENT (RIA) OF THE DRAFT LAW OF GEORGIA ON WINDBREAKS

This Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) was initiated within a framework of IFAD/GEF funded Agriculture Modernization, Market Access and Resilience (AMMAR) Project of Georgia in order to promote process for creation of national policy and legal basis on windbreaks.

This study was conducted by the Regional Environmental Centre for the Caucasus (REC Caucasus) and along with AMMAR was supporetd by GIZ.
